摘要： 介绍使用ASP.NET技术开发网上评教系统，对网上评教系统的需求和设计进行了分析和阐述，并解释了实现的关键技术。

Abstract: This paper introduces the development of Web teaching assessment management information system using ASP.NET, analyzes the requirement and design, and explains technique keys.
